Apparently there is a huge amount of interest in Hawaii to use it as homeless shelter and job training facility.  As someone quipped on the Message Board, that sounds rather familiar, only the new occupiers can come and go as they please.

The main hurdle for the people that want to take it over is to prove they can maintain it and pay the bills ( probably not trivial ).
