A couple of new features are on the way: 1) Show you the most recent people to join and 2) make the Crew Directory searchable by Rate, Dept/Div, Year, and name.  Example: show all of the IC's  in R-3 that were on in 1985.  Or, just show everyone that was on in 1990, and so forth.

On that note: Please update your profile to include the Depts/Divs you were in (you can choose more than one) and make sure that years aboard & rating is there.  If you happen to have been a CO/XO/CMC, please enter "CO" or "XO" or "CMC" (no quotes) for the rating and dept.

If there are any PHP/SQL hackers out there, feel free to help.
